CREATIVE STATEMENT
My expertise in drawing food and drink developed from a love of illustrating plants alongside a fondness for cooking and homelife—I like the vibrancy and wonky lines of fruit and veg. I try to keep my work fresh by combining hand printed textures alongside drawn lines and flat graphic colour. I embrace the flexibility of working digitally but definitely like a human touch to be obvious! For me, a successful drawing is bold and fun—I want my illustrations to pop off the page and bring joy and energy to a website, wall, or publication.
