CREATIVE STATEMENT
As an illustrator who specializes in surface pattern design I nurture this focus by continually working on my drawing skills and my playful and fun style, learning and exploring new techniques and materials. To create a successful pattern I believe it is important to understand the client's needs. What I love most about pattern design is the ability to bring joy and colour into people's lives and to add value to a great product. Over the years my expertise in surface pattern design has developed through successful collaborations with clients in the gift wrap, greetings card, wallpaper and textile industries.
