CREATIVE STATEMENT
My interest in drawing has been a part of me ever since I could remember. I have a strong passion for creating cute and beautiful work especially for children. My work is whimsical with a soft, sophisticated touch, drawing inspiration from nature, history and things that are a bit quirky like my own kids. When I’m not drawing, you can find me drinking coffee while spending time with my husband, two kids and six pets—that’s right, six—as well as getting my hands dirty in the clay studio.

What industry do you most enjoy creating patterns for?
I really enjoy creating work for gift wrap, packaging and kids products.
Where do you find inspiration?
I get a lot of inspiration from my kids, nature, history and vintage design and limited color palettes.
What would be your dream pattern job?
My dream would be to create patterns for kids products and clothing as well as home decor. I would love the opportunity to collaborate with Target, World Market, Hannah Anderson, and Pottery Barn to name a few.
