My interest in nature stems from the serenity and infinite inspiration it provides. My skill in depicting nature's diverse beauty has developed through dedicated practice and observation of its graceful adaptations and ever-changing forms across the seasons. I particularly admire nature's symbolic representation of patience and perseverance through life's ebb and flow. To create successful nature illustrations, capturing its vibrant spirit and inspiring wonder relies on vivid colors and organic shapes conveying nature's captivating beauty. Which flower do you draw most?
I think I go through phases of different flowers that I like to draw most. Right now I’m really loving lilacs, but that might change in a couple weeks/months.
What grows in your garden?
I don't currently have a garden. In the future, I do see myself growing lots of herbs and veggies to cook with, and, of course, some really pretty flowers.
What do flowers symbolize to you?
Flowers symbolize the simple beauty of nature to me. As an illustrator, their many colors, shapes, and short-lived blooms inspire me to capture that natural beauty.
