CREATIVE STATEMENT
Binny Talib is an award winning Author/Illustrator based in Sydney. She has a whimsical, contemporary style and has illustrated over 30 books here and internationally. Including: picture, baby board, Non-fictions and chapters. Her debut as an author /illustrator is Origami Heart (Hachette) AUS, UK release. Hark It’s me Ruby Lee (words Lisa Shanahan) was awarded an honour from the CBCA and short listed for the Prime Minister’s literary awards. 65000 copies were distributed to Victorian prep bags, including a brail version. Recent release The Bewilderbeast (words Josh Pyke) (Scholastic), Sam Francisco UK, US, CAN and AUS, NZ release.
