CREATIVE STATEMENT
Nestled in the small town in Happy Valley, Pennsylvania, surrounded by hundreds of miles of ancient forests along with rolling farmland, I love to celebrate the beauty of the everyday in my artwork. My appreciation for the natural world started when I was very young, while going on early morning hikes with her grandfather. Today, as an illustrator who specializes in nature I nurture this focus by scheduling much needed time outdoors. Inspiration comes while hiking, kayaking, trail running or spending time at the family farm. I maintain my skill set by always having a sketchbook in hand during all adventures. I love to use my creativity to bring a warm and cozy feeling to your little corner of the world.

What animals do you most relate to?
A bear. Although I love all outdoor winter activities, I love to hibernate all winter.
