CREATIVE STATEMENT
Nature landscapes have always brought a sense of serenity, wonder, and joy to my life. Over time, my love for the natural world and its narratives has infused itself into my illustrations, serving as a tribute to Mother Earth. Through my landscape illustrations, I aspire to highlight the beauty of our natural surroundings to create a sense of appreciation and mindfulness of our place in it. I believe a successful landscape illustration evokes emotion and tells a story, inviting a moment of pause and reflection akin to the experience of immersing oneself in the great outdoors.

What is your favorite sound from nature?
Too many to name but two of my favorites are the wind through the trees and a haunting hoot of an owl.
Which do you prefer: fields or forests?
Forests, hands down. I feel so comforted being surrounded by trees and woodland creatures.
What is your favorite season?
Fall. The colors of the leaves, the crispness in the air, and the storms. Love the feeling of hunkering down and being cozy while the storms roll through.
