CREATIVE STATEMENT
With over fifteen years experience as a freelance illustrator, I’m extremely well practiced at delivering a high quality bespoke artwork service. I’ve had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients, from small independents to large multinationals, my artwork has been commissioned by manufacturers, publishers and design studios for a variety of end products, some of which include, magazines, books, menus, point-of-sale, packaging, websites, stationery, homeware and apparel. I specialize in food illustration. I believe Illustration is a such powerful medium, having the ability to capture the essence of a product or brand and to bring ideas to life with beauty, charm and personality. All my illustrations are carefully crafted by hand, using watercolors, colored pencils and ink, then scanned at high resolution and turned into layered digital files. Working this way, I can create with traditional artisan techniques and fuse that with the ease of digital files for you and your clients. My hand rendered illustrations and patterns work really well for ingredient-led or natural products and the bright vibrant nature of my artwork is great for making visual impact on packaging.
