CREATIVE STATEMENT
My interest in illustrations began as a kid when I used to spend my afternoons with my paintbrushes. Over the years, my love for kids' books grew, and I developed my expertise as a children's book illustrator. What I love about children's art that it has no definitions or boundaries. Kids' books and stories have the ability to transport its readers into a different universe. To create successful kids' art, it's important to bring a smile to the readers faces. Children's illustrations should be engaging with the use of colors, compositions, and images. My personal style is playful, fun, and whimsical, and I create art that captivates my audience. As a kids' book illustrator, I get inspiration from travels, my kid, as well as from other artists. I've illustrated children's books for authors, and I've also authored my own books. In my free time, I keep practicing art to stay up to date and maintain my skillset.
