CREATIVE STATEMENT
I have been a freelance map illustrator since 2012 and built a career providing maps for a varied and international client list. With a strong focus on eye-catching visuals and an exacting eye for detail, I have gained repeat work from clients in the tourism, editorial, education and publishing sectors. For me, the most important qualities of a successful illustrated map are engaging graphics, accuracy, and easy navigation. I love to create visually engaging maps that build excitement in the viewer.

What is your most memorable vacation spot?
Travelling from the UK to Big Island, Hawaii was a once in a lifetime trip I'll never forget. Seeing live volcanoes, swimming with turtles and exploring the island for two weeks was an incredible experience.
What is your favorite mode of transportation?
It's got to be sitting on a train and watching the countryside roll by.
Which do you prefer: mountains, desert, beach, or forest?
Difficult to choose but I love the tranquility of a lush forest.
