CREATIVE STATEMENT
Architecture is my primary source of inspiration. My interest in it began after completing my first sketching class and embracing the life of a "slow traveler," always carrying a sketchbook and art supplies to capture and spend time studying fascinating buildings. Over the years, my expertise in architectural drawing has grown through various custom orders, often depicting places I have not had the chance to visit (yet). What I love most about architectural illustration is its ability to transport me and others, showcasing the beauty of the world without ever needing to physically move!
Q&A
What city has your favorite architecture?
Prague, the city I call home, has my favorite architecture. Its rich blend of Gothic, Baroque, and Art Nouveau styles never fails to inspire me.
What is your favorite building?
That is a tough choice! Looking through my sketchbooks, it seems the Dancing House and St. Nicholas Church are tied for first place as my favorites.
Which do you prefer: modern or classical?
I prefer classical architecture for its timeless beauty, intricate details, and rich history.
