CREATIVE STATEMENT
Patterns are where my imagination comes out to play. I find inspiration in curious shapes, wobbly lines, and the charm of animals and flowers that seem to have their own secret stories. Whether it’s fabric, paper, or something entirely unexpected, I love bringing a little wonder to everyday things. For me, patterns are pure joy — a dance of color, rhythm, and happy surprises.

What industry do you most enjoy creating patterns for?
You had me at “creating.” I enjoy making patterns for home décor, paper goods, fashion— really anything you can put a pattern on!
Where do you find inspiration?
My patterns are born from the delightful quirks of the world around me—the odd shapes of everyday objects, the unexpected rhythms of nature, and the character found in even the smallest creatures. I’m endlessly inspired by the quiet beauty of art and ceramic museums, where textures, motifs, and colors tell stories across time. Flowers often spark my palette, but animals, with their humor, grace, and personalities, are my greatest muses. My designs celebrate the playful harmony between the natural and the handmade, where curiosity leads the way and imperfection adds charm.
What would be your dream pattern job?
My dream job is to design a fabric collection for a lovely company with fun, creative people. I love the connection that comes from collaboration — it always brings out my best ideas. Honestly, any kind of pattern making makes me happy. I truly enjoy what I do, and that joy shines through in every design.
