What was your favorite storybook as a child?
It was a book called Danka a Janka about two twin sisters who loved to come up with very unusual stories. They travelled to the fairytale land where they met many strange but friendly characters along the way.

Which authors do you admire most?
Roald Dahl is one of the many amazing authors who managed to create stories that teleported the reader into a world full of wonder and playfulness. He turned unexpected, out-of-the-box ideas into breathtaking stories full of heartwarming humour.

What characteristic really brings a children’s book to life?
A key characteristic that brings a children's book to life is the atmosphere created by the author and illustrator, by setting the right tone both visually and through words and evoking emotions. A book is a gateway to a safe space where the reader becomes part of the story and experiences the adventures written on the pages.
