CREATIVE STATEMENT
My interest in lettering began the second my 4th grade teacher told me I had excellent penmanship. Since then, I have developed my lettering style through years of poster design, packaging design and pattern design. I love experimenting with letters, shapes and colors to develop new styles and I believe that continuous practice is the key to new ideas. What I love most about lettering is the ability to convey emotion by how the words are rendered. My favorite type of lettering is big, happy and colorful.
