What is your favorite logo?
My favorite logos are those that are conceptual and smart. Whether they’re typographic, illustrative—or both—I like logos that communicate both emotionally and intellectually.

Which brand do you most admire for its use of illustration?
The brands I admire for their use of illustration are ones that are confident enough to allow the artwork to enhance, challenge and expand the audience’s notions of who they are and what they stand for. There is nothing better than seeing a brand use illustration in a way that makes me amazed that they were bold in their decision to hire an illustrator who created memorable, unexpected and exciting images.

What packaging would be your dream job?
A dream packaging project would be a collaboration that gives me the ability to create fabulous illustrations for a client that expands the breadth of my work, and communicates for them in wonderful, unexpected ways.
