CREATIVE STATEMENT
Trained as a pastry cook, I began my food career working in restaurants and bakeries before moving to magazines, first as an in-house editor at Saveur magazine and then as a freelance writer and illustrator for titles like Departures, Travel & Leisure, and Liquor.com. Food and drink illustration has been a natural focus for me, stemming from a fanatic love of cooking, restaurants, food and cocktail culture.
