CREATIVE STATEMENT
I love making art for puzzles and games because they bring families together, help people stay sharp as they age, and spark joy and learning. Play is vital to nurturing creativity, flexibility, and fun. Over the years, I’ve explored play as self-care, education, and a connective force, learning to value time spent over puzzles, board games, and coloring. These moments refresh my mind and fuel my art, which I love applying to playful products with bold colors and whimsy. Plus, being married to a game creator keeps me inspired by the latest and greatest ideas!

We really love Wingspan, Hive, and Ticket to Ride.
Which player piece do you choose in Monopoly?
As an artist and crafter, I like the thimble.
What advice do you have for puzzle makers or game players?
I think our world needs more creativity- and cooperation-building games! We've already got a lot of fun competitive games, but I especially enjoy the ones where I can work with my game-mates to solve problems, make crazy or goofy stuff, do difficult things, and prevail in fun together.
