CREATIVE STATEMENT
I have been illustrating for as long as I can remember. I take inspiration from the world around me. Wonderful stories people tell, a funny Instagram post, my own observations that children can relate to. I have built my skill set and portfolio from alot of online illustration courses, mentorships and tips and tricks from other illustrators, which I find invaluable. I have an extensive art, fashion, and textiles education which shows beautifully in my colour palettes, textures and patterns that give my work that unique style. My love of humour, can be found in the subjects I choose, the playful compositions that children love.
