CREATIVE STATEMENT
My interest in illustrating animals began as soon as I was able to hold a crayon, when I loved painting cats, dogs and horses. Over the years, my expertise in illustrating animals has developed because I simply enjoy observing the behavior of animals in nature. To come up with a successful animal illustration I believe it's most important to create a fun character and to tell a little story that puts a smile on people’s faces. The aspect I love most about illustrating greeting cards is their ability to connect people and bring joy into their lives.

Dogs, because they are the funnier humans.
