CREATIVE STATEMENT
I have been illustrating for the children’s book and educational industries ever since I became a professional illustrator. I have worked with educational publishers as well as illustrated picture book stories written by authors. I now illustrate my own stories that I write—which is a dream come true. Adding another dimension to the story through my art—often creating a story within a story—can be so satisfying especially when it resonates with a young audience.
