Below are a few of the most frequently asked questions by IFH Members. 

How do I change my images, creative statement, and Q&A responses?
You may request to update this content only once per year—when your membership renews. It is important that your page content remains static. Google needs time to learn and remember the content of your page in order to direct traffic to it! Upon membership renewal, you will be prompted to send us new images, although it is not required.

How do I change my contact info?
You may request to update your website url, Instagram url, email address, or location at anytime. Contact Nate and he will make the updates for you.

How do I change my niches?
You may request to change your niche assignment only once per year—when your membership renews. You may request us to remove your niche profile page, but you may not switch niches throughout the year. 

How do I add a niche?
At anytime, you can add additional niches by upgrading your membership level. Contact Nate and he will administer this process.

How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your subscription at any time via PayPal. Due to considerable upfront efforts and on-boarding time, no refund requests—full or pro-rated—are granted.
