CREATIVE STATEMENT
I have been interested in illustrating from the moment I could hold a pencil. However, at first, I chose theatre design as a profession with a strong link to illustrated stage designs. I now specialize in collage illustrations from hand-painted paper with an additional black line drawing here and there. The papers I use for my paper-cuts are always recycled and come from all imaginative places.
I would describe my style as bold, quirky, and playful. Other people tell me my illustrations have soul and make them smile which is the best compliment I can ever get.

What animal do you most relate to?
I love all animals and seeing them in real life always makes my heart jump no matter the animal. But whales are my all-time favorite.
What animal is the most fun to draw?
Definitly birds. I love to papercut the feathers and there are so many different kinds. There are beautiful, ugly, weird, sweet, or all-at-once birds like the King Vulture. Those are the best.
Which do you prefer; cats or dogs?
Cats, cats, cats. I mean, I love all animals so I also love dogs and they can be super cute but they are nowhere near to being my favorite animal.
