CREATIVE STATEMENT


When it comes to fashion prints, I say make a statement or go home! From big, decadent florals to classic ginghams and checks, I love when something familiar can be remixed to add a new, cool vibe, and draw the eye. I especially love when something “uncool” is refreshed with color and pattern, like quilted housecoats, or high-waisted trousers.

Which do you prefer: cozy or glamourous?

I prefer to be cozy but stare at glamorous people.

What is your favorite fashion time period?

Postwar-1970s American fashion. I feel like everyone was really getting dressed daily, and even everyday outfits were thoughtful, stylish, and often colorful. 

What brand do you admire most? 
I love Emilio Pucci’s incredible use of color and print, all while keeping the form looking effortlessly glamorous.
