CREATIVE STATEMENT


I love stories, and character design is just visual storytelling. I love characters that make sense, looking at a thin chef with cuts on his hands and stains on his apron tells you a completely different story to an older portly chef who has bags under his eyes but not a drop on his uniform. Simple changes can make a huge impact on how you see a character, intended or not… So that’s where story and art need to align and to me there is nothing more fun than that.
