CREATIVE STATEMENT
My interest in pattern design began very early. When I was growing up my parents created and sold reproductions of vintage hat boxes. I tagged along to the wall paper store looking through endless samples of historical patterns and coordinates. I was fascinated by the use of color and motifs. This inspiration carried over to my work while studying printmaking in college. I continue to be delighted by all the ways color and form work together to create a compelling pattern.

What industry do you most enjoy creating patterns for?
Home decor and stationery will also be my first love but I've recently loved expanding into more playful patterns for the children's market.
Where do you find inspiration?
Outdoor adventures are a major source of inspiration for me.
