CREATIVE STATEMENT
I’ve always loved type and lettering design. What I love most about hand lettering is that it gives a piece of art more character and personality. As an illustrator who specializes in hand lettering, I like to push the boundaries of what the letter shapes are expected to be. I also develop my skills in hand lettering by creating my own fonts. I think hand let- tering can enhance an art image as an accent, or hand lettering can be the hero of the art. I have created hand lettering for ads, packaging, greeting cards and more.
